Paid vs Free Listings – Directory Policy

1. Free Listings

Free listings provide basic visibility within the Directory and may include:

• Business name

• General location

• Category placement

• Limited description

• Basic contact method (as determined by the Platform)

Free listings:

• Are displayed at our discretion

• May be subject to lower visibility than paid listings

• May be limited in features, placement, or exposure

• Can be modified, suspended, or removed at any time

Free listings do not include any guarantee of prominence, enquiries, or ranking.

2. Paid Listings

Paid listings provide enhanced visibility and additional features, which may include:

• Priority placement within categories

• Expanded business descriptions

• Additional contact options

• Images, logos, or enhanced branding

• Featured or promoted positioning

Paid listings:

• Require payment in advance

• Are active only for the agreed subscription period

• Are non-refundable once live

• Do not guarantee leads, enquiries, or sales

Failure to renew or make payment may result in downgrade to a free listing or removal.

3. Fair Display

Paid listings may be prioritised above free listings, rotated, or featured to reflect the service level purchased.
This does not imply endorsement or recommendation.

4. Downgrades and Removal

At the end of a paid period, listings may:

• Be downgraded to a free listing

• Lose paid features

• Be removed if no free option is available
